claims. | | | | | If you have not certified to the director and treat a patient with an Oregon workers' compensation claim on or after Jan. 2, 2008, the insurer will not have to pay for the services you provided. | | |

An introduction to the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine's disability prevention guidelines titled, "Preventing Needless Work Disability by Helping People Stay Employed"
The Employer-at-Injury Program (return to work) information
