The EAIP program encourages the early return to work of injured workers by providing incentives to employers who return their injured workers to light-duty work while their claims are still open.

The PWP program encourages the reemployment of qualified Oregon workers who have permanent disabilities from on the job injuries, and who are not able to return to their regular employment because of their injuries. The program can offer cost-saving options to Oregon employers who hire them and money to accommodate workers with restrictions.
